Purchase rules

These purchase rules (hereinafter – the Rules) set out the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the buyer and the seller – "Ergonomicland" – when purchasing goods in the online store. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Rules.

1. Purchase Process

1.1. The buyer selects the desired goods in the online store, forms a shopping cart, and places an order by filling in the required data. If the buyer starts filling out the order form but does not complete it, the system may save the entered contact data.

1.2. An order is considered received when it is successfully submitted in the system. An order is considered confirmed only when the buyer receives an order confirmation by email.

1.3. The Seller has the right to contact the buyer for additional order clarification if the provided data is inaccurate or incomplete.

1.4. Payment can be made using the payment methods specified in the online store. Payment must be made within the specified time, otherwise the order may be cancelled.

1.5. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally adjust or cancel an order if:

  • a technical or system error occurred (e.g., incorrect price or description);

  • the buyer fails to pay within the set time.

In such a case, the buyer is informed, and the paid money is refunded.

1.6. Abandoned Cart. To ensure a smooth purchasing process and assist the buyer if the purchasing process was interrupted due to no fault of the buyer (e.g., technical obstacles), the Seller has the right to contact the Buyer once using the provided contact details (email or phone) to inquire whether the Buyer needs assistance in completing the order or to offer help in resolving any issues.

2. Product Prices and Information

2.2. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photos, and prices are accurate, but does not rule out the possibility of technical inaccuracies.

2.3. Product photos are for illustrative purposes. The actual color or shade of the product may slightly differ due to individual screen settings.

3. Product Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

3.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase-sale contract and return the item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item, without stating a reason.

3.2. The returned item must be:

  • unused;

  • undamaged;

  • in original and intact packaging;

  • with all accompanying elements.

3.3. Return costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or the seller's fault.

3.4. Upon receipt of the returned item and assessment of its condition, the money will be refunded to the buyer within the period established by law, using the same payment method by which the payment was made.

4. Liability

4.1. The Seller is not responsible for losses or damages arising from improper use, assembly, or maintenance of the product.

4.2. The Seller is not responsible for indirect losses incurred by the buyer, including, but not limited to, lost income or business disruptions.
