Warranty

The products offered by "Ergonomicland" are created according to high standards of quality, functionality, and durability. Each piece of furniture is meticulously designed and selected to reliably serve in a daily work environment. That is why all products we sell come with a 2-year warranty, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The warranty is valid if:

• the product was used for its intended purpose and according to the manufacturer's recommendations;

• the product was not mechanically damaged;

• the product was not arbitrarily disassembled, modified, or repaired.

The warranty does not apply to:

• natural wear and tear occurring during normal use;

• damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or transportation after delivery;

• damage resulting from actions of third parties or external factors.

In case of warranty service, the buyer is invited to contact us by email at
info@ergonomicland.lt, providing the purchase document and a brief description of the problem.

We evaluate each case individually to offer the optimal solution – repair, product replacement, or another suitable alternative. Our goal is to ensure that the customer can trust the chosen product for a long time.
